  • Overview: This App enables field teams to automatically generate documents and send documents for electronic signatures.  Conga offers solutions for multiple divisions within a company, but has a focus on Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Generation (CLM) and Commerce. Also,  Sales documents are a focus including generating quotes, proposals, contracts and presentations by directly pulling sales data. Conga Composer can connect with external data sources like accounting systems, CRMs, and ERPs. Recently Conga announced it is available on the AWS Marketplace. This App is discussed and rated a lot across the different ratings platforms, and generally the reviews are moderate, as it relates to their Salesforce integration and support. Pricing is not published, and it is custom-quoted for each customer. It is unknown if they offer free pilots of their App to teams, if there is a CRM integration involved because pricing is quoted on a case by case basis.

The automation is powered by AI to design, run and optimize business processes and workflow across your organization. Nintex also offers other solutions related to digital forms, process Generation, as well as process and workflow automation. Nintex integrates with other CRMs besides Salesforce, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, allowing users to connect and automate workflows across various business systems like different CRM platforms like Hubspot, as well as SharePoint and other enterprise applications. This App is discussed and rated a lot across the different ratings platforms, and generally the reviews are moderate, specifically as it relates to the admin UI capabilities and the template-building process. The starting pricing for Salesforce is $5,000 per company/year for up to 100 users. They offer free 30-day free trials of their App to teams for Salesforce. It is unknown if CRM integration is included within the free trial for other platforms.

Also, PDF Butler offers solutions for Contracts, Forms and Collaboration.  This App has a good rating on the Salesforce App Exchange, but it is not discussed and rated a lot across other different ratings platforms. Their price is $14/user/month but licenses per document, communities and batch are quoted separately.  They offer free trials of their App to teams, within Salesforce CRM.

This App is discussed and rated a lot across the different ratings platforms, and generally the reviews are moderate, primarily related to the formatting capabilities of their templates. They offer a limited free version of their product even when there is a CRM integration involved. , with their paid product starting at $25/user/month with more expensive packages which include Electronic Signature capabilities.
